Stanley has been manufacturing Detail Sanders for several years, with numerous iterations and layouts. Drawing from this rich history, I prioritized ergonomics, aiming for a perfect and relaxed grip. Adopting a D-handle layout, I strategically designed spaces on the sides of the sander to accommodate the thumb and index finger in a neutral position. This configuration ensures a comfortable grip, facilitating effortless maneuverability even in tight spots, without inducing fatigue. Additionally, I incorporated a large speed selector for quick and intuitive speed adjustments. The result is a tool that offers exceptional performance and ease of use.
